Orders

If an item is marked down within 7 days of purchase, you may receive a refund to your original payment for the difference. Price adjustments are not available for sale merchandise, promotional purchases, or exchanges. Price adjustments apply to full priced orders only.
Shipping & Delivery
Once you have received notice that your package has shipped, rest assured that your package is in transit. Occasionally there are delays in tracking updates, however the carrier details will be updated once your package arrives at your local post office.
Standard orders get delivered within 6-8 business days.
Expedited orders get delivered within 3-5 business days.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
We kindly ask that you allow 7 business days from the last reported movement or delivery date to see if it surfaces. On occasion, a package will be placed in an unusual area, mistakenly delivered to a neighbor, or is moving through the carrier network for final delivery. If you have not received your order by then, please contact us for assistance.
Please note that 525 America is not liable for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen while in transit.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after we ship your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
A one-time $7.00 restocking fee will be applied to each return package, regardless of how many items are in the order.
To start a return, exchange or store credit go to https://525america.returnlogic.com/. to enter your email and order number associated with your return to obtain a pre-paid mailing label. If you used a discount code on your original order, we will automatically apply that to your exchange order. International Exchanges
Unfortunately, we don't accept exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have on https://525america.returnlogic.com/, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at customer.service@525america.com within 14 days of delivery for assistance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims after this period.
• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.
• If you requested an exchange, your replacement item will be sent once the return is processed.
• Refunds for purchases made with a gift card will be credited back to the gift card.
• Gift cards cannot be reversed to a credit card.
